Fort Lewis College has asked me to teach a class in Lean Business Methods. This class will teach you the same methods taught at Stanford in their entrepreneurship program. It runs 4 Wednesdays in February from 6pm until 8pm.

The first class slides outline our understanding of lean startup methods and then describe best practices for Lean Business Canvas .
The second class slides outline a summary of Innovation Accounting and the discuss why we experiment. Best practices are covered for both customer interviews and Minimum Viable Products
The third Class Slides outline the lean cycle of experimentation, best practices of metrics, and practical applications of build-measure-learn.
